Billing Specialist Coordinator

Position: Billing Specialist Coordinator Position Status: Full Time Program: Billing Job Summary: The Billing Specialist Coordinator will be responsible for managing the billing and collection process for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and collections, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities: Manage the billing process for the organization Ensure accurate and timely billing of all services Work with clients to resolve any billing issues Manage the collection process for outstanding accounts Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payment Provide regular reports on billing and collection activities Work with other departments to ensure accurate billing and collection ADAMHS Board enrollment and billing Self-Pay Report, TCC Funded Bed Tracking Weekly supervisions with Billing staff Crisis Center payment posting Meeting with Office Managers to stay aware of Office Managers processes Requirements: Proven experience in Billing and Collections Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of alcohol and drug treatment Proficient on computers ***Offers of employment are contingent on the successful completion of drug testing and background check.
