Salary Range: :$30,160
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Switchboard Operator will function as the administrative support in assigned areas and collaborate with the Scheduling Center Supervisor to perform assigned duties in managing the 10-county phone line system.
Education: :This position requires a High School Diploma.
Proficient use with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, & Outlook) is required.
Further education is preferred.
Special experience or skill set required:
- Experience working in a fast-paced office setting, answering phones and being able to navigate computers and/or Electronic Health Records.
- Experience in supervising in outpatient, inpatient, or residential Behavioral Health setting is a plus.
- Switchboard Operator will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing their tasks, financial management, written and oral communication skills, as well as conflict resolution is essential.
Work Schedule: : A minimum of 40 hours a week is required for the position of Switchboard Operator.
The specific work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
