Looking for new skills and sustainable wages (Morehead)

I am currently in business for myself refurbishing commercial laundry equipment.
I enjoy what I do but it's just not what's calling out to me.
I have skills that range from labor intensive to light machine and welding and previously a industrial food processing technician for better than 20 years.
I am self motivated and rarely need someone to hold my hand unless I genuinely don't understand the task.
In my line of work it is common to see me with a tool bag slung over my shoulder prioritizing maintenance emergencies with a team over 2-way radio, using troubleshooting skills to efficiently minimize production down time.
