Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk/ Admin Assistant.
As a Title Clerk/Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to title processing and administrative duties.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Conduct research and gather information necessary for title processing
- Review and analyze paperwork pertaining to powersports.
- Prepare and process title documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with customers, lenders, and other parties involved in the title process
- Assist with resolving any title issues or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to title transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
Qualifications:
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information effectively
- Familiarity with title processing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.
00 - $12.
00 per hour
