The Vice President of Finance is an upper-level executive who oversees financial matters for the Addiction Recovery Care organization and all its affiliates.
The VP of Finance is responsible for processing the financial activities of the organization to maximize profits and plans for growth.
This role includes analyzing data and advising senior leadership on ways to use that information to make strategic decisions.

What qualifications you will need
Bachelor's Degree in a financial discipline
5-10 years of managerial experience
CPA, CFA, CMA or MBA preferred
Analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Experience with financial systems, SAGE 300 preferred
Leadership abilities
What you will do in this role
Manage and support day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting team
Serve as a supporting financial advisor to the executive team for strategic planning purposes
Lead and support external audit function
Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, government regulators, and outside agencies.
Develop, lead, and manage budgeting process
Establish dashboard analytics of operational outputs with the financial outcome
Be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, government regulators, and outside agencies.
Expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding Addiction Recovery Care, LLC/Odyssey, Inc.
’s policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.
Ability to exhibit professional and courteous behavior, consistent with the ARC mission statement, when interacting with persons of varying backgrounds and education levels to create a safe and healthy relationship with clients served
