4 year old male Labrador mix (Huntington)

Trying to rehome my 4 year old male Labrador mix.
He is black with white on chest, around mouth, and on his back toes.
He loves water, is very smart, but should probably be the only dog.
He has never stayed outside, always been an indoor dog.
I would like to see him on a farm or somewhere where there is a lot of land.
I love him very much, but I can't take him walking or out for exercise like he deserves because I am unable to walk very far anymore.
I am asking $25 rehoming fee.
