Budgie Parakeet to Good Home (Small Fee) (Grayson)

Female budgie parakeet.
Not really hand tamed but can be handled and certainly can be tame with more work.
Never has bitten me.
Not sure how old but I'd say under a year.
Currently only eats seeds, I tried to put her on pellets but she won't eat them, I want her to go to a home that will continue to try to put her on pellets and vegetables please.
Her wings are clipped but she can fly pretty decently.
I'd like her to go to a home that will let her wings grow back fully.
She is an escape artist so I cannot provide a cage unless you have something to put on the bars to make it so she can't squeeze through them.
If you can do that, you can have the cage and everything in it for free.
$25 rehoming fee, she won't come with anything except herself, some spare spray millet, and potentially a cage if you can fix it up.
I'm moving in a few months and can't take her with me.
