15 yo cat needs home (Morehead Ky)

My sister is going through a rough time and isn’t able to keep her cat due to a change in her housing and employment situation.
It is 15 years old and doesn’t do well with other pets.
I can’t keep it because it doesn’t get along with our pets and I can’t find anyone to take it.
It has lived both indoors and outdoors.
I hate to take it to a shelter because I feel like it wouldn’t find a home due to age and temperament.
I could travel for out of town adoptions (within a reasonable distance).
Would come with cat carrier, litter box and some food.
