Our ideal receptionist is someone with the ability to be or have:

Essential tasks and duties/ What a day looks like at the front desk
* Greet clients and perspectives clients with enthusiasm and respect
* Check clients in and out in computer system
* Respond to clients questions and concerns in a respectful, timely and appropriate manner.
* Answer calls in a courteous way
* Use salon computer to schedule appointments and packages and adjust appointments if need be
* Take accurate messages and make follow up calls
* Keep front desk and lobby area clean and presentable
* Perform various office functions such as typing, filing, making copies etc.
This is a customer service position, you must be able to positively communicate with clients over the phone and in person, schedule appointments, multitask and problem solve.
Not required but preferred at least 6 months customer service/receptionist experience
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
