Ensure the security of the cash register and follow proper cash handling procedures.
* Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the products and services offered in the store.
Assist customers in locating items and make product recommendations when needed.
* Checkout Efficiency: Scan and bag items quickly and accurately.
Monitor and manage customer lines to ensure a smooth checkout process.
* Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.
* Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, safety, and customer service.
