At Office Depot and Office Max, our Sales Consultant Services is responsible for engaging and providing an exceptional customer service experience.
The associate must quickly build ongoing customer relationships, become a trusted advisor by utilizing advanced technology product and services selling behaviors, skills and knowledge (including cross-selling of products and services).
The associate’s advanced selling behaviors will result in closing sales that meet the customer’s needs and contribute to the store’s sales goals.
