These positions are accountable for assisting the Store Manager in attaining revenue and collection objectives, customer service and store profitability.
He/she is also accountable for assisting with the daily activities of a team of employees toward established goals by operating within the policies and procedures established by the company.
The Sales Manager or Collections Manager must seize every opportunity to improve sales revenue while controlling the cost of operations.
The Sales Manager or Collections Manager must continually communicate to all employees the factors that cause a store to be successful and how each employee can impact those success factors through their daily activities.
In the absence of the Store Manager, he/she must also communicate and lead the employee team by establishing and demonstrating a strong, honest, and driven work ethic worthy of the leadership position.
Job Requirements
Strong verbal/written communication, presentation, computer, and telephone skills.
Satisfactory work record and attendance history.
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees.
Ability to lift and repetitively maneuver all store products including, but not limited to, household furniture, appliances and electronics by using proper safe lifting techniques and equipment provided.
Valid state motor vehicle operator's license with evidence of insurability within the guidelines of the insurer.
Great Sales Skills are always a BIG PLUS in this delivery position!
Must be dependable, reliable and mature enough to handle all types of monetary transactions, as well as other company assets such as equipment and vehicles in a safe, responsible and sensible manner.
