Basic Job Functions:
The role of Inside Sales Representative is managing customer accounts including, but not limited to, providing excellent customer service with strong customer and internal relationships.
This teammate will work with inside sales, outside sales, production, shipping, finance, and IT teams.
Nucor Steel West Virginia is Nucor’s new sheet mill with advanced steel making capabilities and lower carbon emissions.
This is a greenfield project, which is estimated to be fully operational after two years of construction.
The new steel mill will employ 800 full-time teammates producing up to 3 million tons per year at one of the most technologically advanced sheet mills and is located in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains in close proximity to both Huntington and Charleston, WV.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior sales experience
Associates degree in business, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
Flat Rolled sales experience
ERP and Business systems experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
