As an Assistant or Store Manager for Comserve, you will manage a team of Sales Consultants and day-to-day operations.
Additionally, you will greet customers in our stores, ascertain individual guest needs and make recommendations based on their specifications.
Responsibilities:
Meet store sales goals by coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Consultants to achieve.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conducting weekly staff performance reviews
Developing new personal and business accounts
Resolving customer complaints
Enforcing compliance with operations and sales standards
Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions
Schedule and manage employee Sales Consultant hours
Responsible for overall operation and cleanliness of retail store location
Maintaining professional and technological knowledge of cutting edge technology
Requirements
Associate's degree or higher
Minimum 1 year of sales management or relevant experience; wireless retail management experience preferred
Superior customer service skills
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Very organized with the ability to multi-task
Must be able to work the varied hours of retail including evenings, weekends, and holidays
