We are seeking a dynamic Associate Creative Director who can lead and inspire our creative teams to new heights as we continue to expand.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English copywriting skills, a keen eye for design, and a gift for generating dynamic ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
Role Objectives and Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy and Implementation:
Assist in developing concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects.
Support in communication design, interactive design, and concept development.
Team Leadership and Management:
Collaborate with the creative team, providing support in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.
Assist in reviewing and refining marketing collateral, with a hands-on approach to copywriting.
Collaboration and Planning:
Work closely with the product development team to contribute to marketing plans and identify growth opportunities.
Support in prioritizing work, allocating resources, and developing schedules in collaboration with the creative team.
Content Production and Quality Assurance:
Overseeing the production of creative content, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and maintaining high writing quality.
Contribute to producing innovative work for print materials and digital experiences.
Budget Management:
Support in meeting budget requirements through forecasting and meticulous expense management.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least five years in a creative role with a strong focus on copywriting in an agency or corporate setting.
Demonstrated experience in roles where copy played a pivotal role in driving the creative process is essential.
• Proven expertise in creating marketing/advertising campaigns, encompassing the entire process from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and successful creative concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Extensive experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
• Proficiency in leading and managing a team of diverse and talented creatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• A strong creative vision aligned with business objectives, showcasing an ability to balance creative innovation with strategic goals.
• Exceptional English copywriting skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in the language.
Knowledge of other languages related to key expansion markets is a plus.
