Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Oak Hill, OH

Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for customer orders, inquiries, and complaints.
Receive, review, enter, and acknowledge customer orders with accuracy.
Collaborate with production planning to develop efficient production schedules.
Communicate with customers internally and externally throughout the order fulfillment process.
Complete necessary documentation for order shipments, including export documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customer orders and consignment inventory.
Provide backup support for Shipping/Receiving.
Support plant management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Adhere to environmental and safety regulations, as well as corporate policies on business ethics.
Qualifications:
Experience in Customer Service, preferably in manufacturing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
While not required, experience in the manufacturing industry and proficiency in a second language are beneficial.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree or two years of college with related coursework and 1-2 years of experience.
1-3 years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
1-3 years of experience in a shipping warehouse.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Ability to proactively plan for customer needs and adapt schedules and production plans.
Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, or similar products).
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (may require overtime on nights and weekends)

Work Environment: Primarily office setting with occasional exposure to the shop floor.

Pay: $38,000.
