Commercial Construction Superintendent (Central Kentucky)

*LOCATION: The project is located in Central Kentucky* The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site.
They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers.
This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.
*Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following *(other duties may be assigned): * Oversee daily operation of construction projects * Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed * Communicate project progress with clients and project managers * Manage subcontractors and construction site organization * Project planning and scheduling for coordination of labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors *Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience* * Minimum of 10 years experience in the commercial construction industry * A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is desired, but not required.
* Promote safety practices and procedures * Organized, detail oriented, and deadline driven * Experienced with scheduling suppliers and subcontractors * Strong communication skills * Strong project management skills * Ability to read construction documents * Familiarity with regulatory construction standards *Benefits* * Competitive salary and benefits (salary is based on experience level) * Two weeks of paid vacation * 401K * Company truck Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $90,000.
